Returns and Refunds Policy

At House of Blueish, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. While all sales were previously considered final, we now offer returns for eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items sent back within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and processed at our distribution center.

We kindly ask that you ensure all item details—particularly sizing—are correct before checking out.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account or billing statement, depending on your payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at houseofblueish24@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly on a case-by-case basis.
